Hello everybody.

This is a proposal/discussion about merging gabriel-dropout.wikia.com to this wiki (gabdro.wikia.com).

The gabriel-dropout.wikia.com community is inactive and has only had one editing user (who is the founder). The last main space edit from that wiki was February 16, 2017. According to their Special:Allpages, we have all the articles already here (plus more rich content). Meaning, no content transfer would need to occur since this wiki already have the pages in addition to more content on them.

The benefit to merging these two communities would be to redirect traffic from their URL and direct it to our URL here. As well as to combine our efforts as one Gabriel Dropout English community.

I have gone ahead and started a blog on gabriel-dropout.wikia.com discussing the merge. It can be seen here.

If anyone here is against the merge from happening, you may post your opinion below. Likewise, if you support the merge between the two communities, please do post that as well. Thanks for reading and being a Gabriel Dropout fan!

Hi to anyone who might be reading this.

Recently I have succeeded in adopting this wiki so I'm now bureaucrat and administrator here. A VSTF member who has also been helping, Ripto22475, is also an admin now. Achievements, JS and portable infoboxes are now enabled (the latter of which was done by myself) and the new galleries feature is disabled as it wasn't working for me to be honest. Article comments have also been enabled although I may reconsider as it might lead to spam.

While chat may seem like a fun feature, I'm not enabling that as it might lead to trolls and it may not be used as this wiki still has to grow. If there was to be a chat, I was hoping for a Discord server to tell you the truth.

There are still things for construction here as while I saw all episodes and 1 OVA in the anime, I own none of the manga as I'm broke on my Kindle currently. Also, it is a fairly new anime so there is no English dub currently (Japanese dub better IMO). I also strongly recommend reading the policy despite it being unfinished currently. So far there is no actual consensus for promotions but if I feel you're ready and you are fine with being promoted, you may get promoted.

Since the policy is unfinished, I would recommend mostly using Wikia's Terms of Use for user conduct. I'm fine with Discussions being used for forum games or the like as long as it's not spammed.
